Pray for Your Child’s Anger

Praying in faith moves the heart of God, take a moment to pray right now:

Gracious God, I pray that You would help _____ control his(her) anger, since anyone who is angry with a brother will be subject to judgment. If _____ holds anything against one of his(her) siblings, would You prompt him(her) to go and be reconciled so that he(she) may have fellowship with You. ~Amen (Matthew 5:22-24)

Pray for Your Relationship With Your Child

Turn your child over to God in prayer; begin your prayer time with Scripture:

Heavenly Father, May _____ recognize that when we, his(her) parents, discipline him(her), it means that we love him(her) and that he(she) belongs to our family, just as You discipline those You love, those You accept as Your sons and daughters.

May _____ respect us when we discipline him(her), realizing that we are doing our best and that we ourselves are submitting to Your discipline, which is for our good. ~Amen (Hebrews 12:5-10)

Pray for Your Child to Have Integrity Amongst Friends

God’s holy Word transforms hearts and attitudes, use it as a prayer today:

Gracious God, I pray that _____ wouldn’t participate in gossip or exclude his(her) peers, remind him(her) that a troublemaker plants seeds of strife, and a gossip separates the best of friends. ~Amen (Proverbs 16:28 NLT)

Pray for Your Child to Be God’s Friend

God calls us to be persistent in prayer; begin your prayer time with Scripture.

Heavenly Father, let _____ seek friendship with You rather than with the world, remembering that anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes Your enemy. ~Amen (James 4:4)
