Heavenly Father, I pray that _____’s identity will be firmly rooted and established in Christ’s love,

and to know this love that surpasses knowledge–the he/she may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.   ~Amen  (Ephesians 3:17-19)

Gracious Father, help us, as parents, train _____ in the way that he/she should go, so that when he/she is old he/she will not turn from it.  (Proverbs 22:6)

Contentment in Life

Heavenly Father, I ask that You would keep _____’s life free from the love of money and let him/her be content with that he/she has, knowing that You, O Lord, will never leave _____ or forsake him/her.

Let _____ be like the Apostle Paul, and be content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

Remind _____  that he/she can do all things through Christ who gives him/her strength.  ~Amen   (from  Hebrews 13:5 & Philippians 4:12-13)

Sibling Rivalry

Heavenly Father, do not permit _____ to be quarrelsome;

instead, cause him/her to be gentle, patient, and humble, especially when _____ siblings are in the wrong…because then they will be more likely, with God’s help, to turn away from their wrong ideas and believe what is true.  ~Amen   (2 Timothy 2:24-26 LB)
